Terms of Service

By using Dead Simple QR, you agree not to:

No malicious content. Don't link QR codes to illegal, harmful, or malicious content, including malware and phishing pages.

No spam or fraud. Don't use QR codes for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices.

No abuse. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

No reselling. Don't resell the service without written permission.

We reserve the right to disable QR codes that violate these terms and to suspend accounts engaged in abuse.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to paid features until the end of that billing period.

QR codes created with Dead Simple QR will continue to redirect indefinitely, regardless of subscription status.

We will never deactivate your codes as a result of cancellation, downgrade, or account deletion. A printed QR code should always work. Period.

If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, your QR codes keep redirecting to their last configured destination. Analytics tracking and code editing require an active subscription, but redirects never stop.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee a specific service level agreement (SLA). The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Dead Simple QR, you agree to the data practices described in that policy.

Dead Simple QR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
